Els Llums de Sant Pau transforms Barcelona's UNESCO World Heritage Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site into a spectacular Christmas light festival celebrating its fifth anniversary in 2025. This immersive nighttime experience features 18 interactive light installations spread across a 1.5-kilometer route through the stunning modernist architecture designed by Domènech i Muntaner. The 2025 edition, themed "Universe of Light," invites visitors to journey through galaxies, stars, and planets with state-of-the-art projections, sensory tunnels, and large-format displays that illuminate the hospital's iconic domes, archways, and facades. Families can explore King Balthazar's Royal Camp, where children deliver their letters to the king in person, and solve the "Llumienigma" puzzle by finding hidden letters throughout the route to reveal a secret Christmas message. The experience combines Barcelona's rich architectural heritage with innovative light artistry, creating a magical atmosphere that appeals to all ages. With special "Llumi Days" offering reduced admission and flexible ticket options, this Christmas garden has become one of Barcelona's most emblematic holiday celebrations.
