For the first time, a large Christmas market is planned in the historic Oude Haven. The quays become a winter wonderland with an après-ski bar, warm glühwein, atmospheric fires, choirs, storytellers and live performances. Santa Claus visits regularly, while children can join workshops and crafts.

The Danish Christmas Market at the Dansk Sømandskirke (Danish Seamen's Church) in Rotterdam offers a true taste of Danish 'hygge'. Expect traditional Danish food, drink, music, and design, immersing visitors in Scandinavian Christmas cheer.

Experience the magic of the holiday season with delicious Swedish treats, unique Christmas gifts, and a warm, festive atmosphere. The market features Christmas articles, handicrafts, postcards, glassware, blankets, candlesticks, food items, and candy. Residents and entrepreneurs of Katendrecht embrace the Christmas spirit with a 16-day community festival transforming Deliplein into a winter wonderland with free daily activities like light installations, children's workshops, musical performances and winter meals. The opening weekend includes light displays, popcorn popping, marshmallow roasting, and oliebollen. Visitors can enjoy tree shopping, flea markets, pub quizzes, card tournaments, and dancing in the party tent.

The Rotterdamse Oogstmarkt is a vibrant farmers' market held bi-weekly in Rotterdam, showcasing locally produced food and sustainable goods. The Christmas markets feature dozens of vendors selling local produce, artisanal food and handmade gifts. The line-up includes vendors like Alon's Pickles, Booij Kaasmakers, Casa Reinders, De Buytenhof and Jordy's Bakery along with many others.
