The menu inside leans into regional Norwegian flavors: freshly grilled reindeer burgers, bacalao, local craft brews, and seasonal specialties sourced from Trøndelag producers. Beyond the Lavvo, the market stalls offer a curated mix of genuinely handcrafted goods — from silver and enamel jewelry featuring iconic Trondheim rose motifs to hand-blown glass, hand-knitted woolens, and artisan marzipan.
