Liverpool Christmas Market transforms the grand neoclassical surroundings of St George's Hall into a spectacular festive destination, wrapping around the iconic Grade I listed building in a distinctive U-shaped formation across St George's Plateau and William Brown Street. Running from mid-November through Christmas Eve, the market fills the heart of Liverpool city centre with illuminated wooden chalets, fairground rides, and a buzzing seasonal atmosphere that draws visitors from across the UK and beyond. Shoppers can browse an impressive range of craft and gift stalls offering jewellery, hand-crafted leather journals, woollen wears, unique artwork, hand-painted gifts, Christmas ornaments, artisan cheeses, and bottles of festive spirits. Families are well catered for with a giant Ferris wheel offering panoramic city views, a charming vintage carousel, a thrilling snow slide, and the dedicated Santa Land area for younger visitors. The market's entertainment lineup also includes the popular Karaoke Ski Lifts at the Alpine Bar, adding a playful twist to the festive fun. When it comes to food and drink, the Liverpool Christmas Market delivers variety across multiple themed bars.
