Organized by the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo and the Municipal Tourist Agency 'Tsarevgrad Tarnov', this market has grown into one of the most cherished seasonal events in Bulgaria's historic former capital. Set against the backdrop of the Summer Theater stage, the Christmas Bazaar features around 33 wooden stalls and pavilions brimming with handmade crafts, jewelry, Christmas ornaments, candles, leather goods, woodwork, paintings, and unique souvenirs. Food lovers will delight in a rich spread of sweet and savory treats — from traditional mulled wine and hot chocolate to homemade cakes, waffles, doughnuts, and meat delicacies.
