Advent in Split – Kampus brings the festive season to life at the University of Split campus, transforming the covered plaza in front of the three faculty buildings into one of the city's most beloved Christmas market destinations. Organized by the Student Center Split, the Student Assembly of the University of Split, and the University of Split itself, this market has earned a reputation as the go-to advent spot for young locals and visitors alike. Spanning 23 days of programming, the Kampus Christmas market delivers an impressive lineup of 21 live concerts featuring well-known Croatian artists such as Jole, Tomislav Bralić & Klapa Intrade, Ivan Zak, Hiljson Mandela, Guiliano & Diktatori, Domenica, and Andrea Šušnjara, among many others. The space is thoughtfully divided into two distinct zones: a lively party zone for those who want to dance and enjoy high-energy performances, and a relaxed chill zone where visitors can soak up the holiday atmosphere at a slower pace with a warm drink in hand. Seven festive market stalls offer food and drinks at student-friendly prices, making this one of the most budget-conscious Christmas market experiences in Split. Over 20,000 lights illuminate the venue, complemented by special light installations and elaborate decorations that create a warm, photogenic backdrop perfect for evening visits.
