The Ludwigsburger Barock-Weihnachtsmarkt transforms Ludwigsburg's stunning Baroque Marktplatz into one of Germany's most atmospheric Christmas markets, framed by twin Baroque churches and colorful historic facades. With around 150 individually decorated stalls spread across both the Marktplatz and the newly added Arsenalplatz, this market offers a rich blend of handcrafted gifts, regional specialties, and festive entertainment in an architectural setting unlike any other. Strolling through the market, visitors are greeted by the warm glow of twinkling lights and the iconic illuminated angels that have become the symbol of this event. The stalls showcase an impressive variety of artisan goods — from hand-blown glass Christmas ornaments and carved wooden figures to amber jewelry, natural soaps, and traditional Erzgebirge pyramids and nutcrackers.
